Makayla Godden​ is a Textile Designer that thrives off of creating a story through art that can be made into something with true value and that is long lasting. Originally from Fresno, California she is constantly motivated and inspired by her family, her love for soccer, music and people.

 

She is currently living in San Francisco finishing up her last year of college at Academy of Art University and is working towards finding a job in the industry.

While in school, she has created her own brand on the side. Her brand emulates positivity and celebrates uniqueness. "Mak Made It" is geared towards anyone who celebrates confidence and not being afraid to be different while celebrating others who do the same. She currently sells customized garments with hand painted designs as well as digitally printed designs.
